BECTU Profile Check

SMS Messages from the BatPhone and Emails from BECTU HQ  / Officials, rely on the information stored in your BECTU profile.  If you are a Member, but not receiving these Comms, details may not be registered correctly on your BECTU Profile 

The steps below may help

Go to www.bectu.org.uk  click on the "Login" button on the top of the page

Login

Log in using your registered email address or Membership Number & Chosen Password

A "Forgot Password" option is available on this page. Don't know your Membership Number? - if your number is registered on your Profile, use  THESE INSTRUCTIONS to have your Membership Number sent to you by SMS

Click on "My Pages" button

Check your details

To Edit - Hit "Amend Details"

Check: 

Your mobile number is correct in the "Mobile Phone No" Field, not the "Phone No" field

email address is correct 

scroll down, check the consent statement and hit "SAVE"


The Branch SMS system is separate to the BECTU Database. A Manual sync is run once a month so it will take time to get your number synced
