Log in using your registered email address or Membership Number & Chosen Password
A "Forgot Password" option is available on this page.3
Click on "My Details"

Click on "Contact Details"

Check your details

To make changes, scroll down and hit Hit "Edit"
Check:
Your mobile number is correct in the "Mobile Phone No" Field, not the "Phone No" field,
email address is correct

Hit "Save"
The Branch SMS system is separate to the BECTU Database. A Manual sync is run once a month so it will take time to get your number synced
