Syed Ajijur Rahman (Sumon) (CIFOR alumni) 

First day I met Masa at CIFOR during his wonderful science presentation. Since then he was my best friend, not only because we have same background (social science) , but his charismatic power to make people happy. He was our great scientist friend, a cheer leader, a forever happy man with smile and politeness on his face. His leave is a great loss for us.
