Ingredients
3/4 cup frozen diced onion
1/2 stick butter
2 cans (6 or 8 oz) minced clams
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups diced, peeled Yukon gold potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups whipping cream (or milk for a lighter version)
1/4 cup flower (mixed with water)
Instructions
Saute onion in butter in a pot
Add everything else but flower
Mix flower in a cup with some water to dissolve it
Add to pot and bring to a boil
Cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender
