Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flower
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
More self-rising flower for rolling out dough
Olive oil
Butter
Sea salt
Instructions
Mix self-rising flower and Greek yogurt in a stand mixer bowl on low speed until combined
Move dough to a flowered surface and separate into 8 pieces
Mold dough into a flat, pancake-like shape and set aside
Heat a large electric skillet (or use a skillet on the stove) with olive oil to medium-high
Cook for a few minutes until it puffs up and becomes light brown
Flip and cook the other side
Butter like you would with toast, and sprinkle salt before serving warm
