1 9" unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter softened
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Vanilla ice cream
Preheat over to 325 degrees F.
Beat the eggs in the electric mixer on high until foamy. Beat in flour and both sugars. Beat in butter. Gently mix in morsels and pour into pie shell.
Bake for 55-60 minutes. (or until a knife can be inserted and come out clean.) Serve with vanilla ice cream.
