Ingredients
Large (burrito size) tortilla shells
White queso
1 lb. beef cooked with taco seasoning
Tostada shells
Sour cream
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
Instructions
Put a dollop of queso in the center of your tortilla, be sure to leave a wide edge so you can wrap it around later
Put some taco meat on the queso
place the tostada shell on top of the meat
Add sour cream, lettuce, and shredded cheese on top of the tostada
Wrap the edges up towards the center until they close around your filling, it will be shaped like a hexagon when you are finished wrapping
With ninja quickness, flip the crunchwrap onto a warm non-stick pan with the folds down
Press the crunchwrap onto the pan with a spatula to seal the folds and brown the tortilla
Carefully flip it over to brown the other side once the edges are sealed, this won't take long
