Ingredients
1lb lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp minced ginger
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Brown 1lb lean ground beef and 1 large onion (chopped) together
Add Hoisin sauce, garlic, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, and ginger and continue sautéing
Add green onions and sesame oil
Serve in butter lettuce leaves or other large lettuce leaf
Recommended to serve with Sesame Noodles
