Ingredients
1 clove of garlic, crushed
Juice from 1 large lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
Small handful of fresh basil, chopped
1 can (14-15 oz) diced, unseasoned tomatoes (drain half the juice off)
Salt and Pepper
6 oz pasta
Instructions
Whisk garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in one bowl or jar
Combine tomatoes, chopped basil, salt, and pepper in another bowl or jar
Let both sit on counter at room temperature and stir/shake occasionally throughout the day
When ready to serve, cook and drain the pasta and put in large serving bowl
Add oil/lemon/garlic mixture and stir
Add tomato/basil mixture and stir
Serve immediately
