Preheat oven to 425 degrees, toss veggies in olive oil, and place veggies in a 9x13" glass baking dish
Sprinkle with salt and cook for about 20 minutes (this varies with the vegetable you use)
Brussel sprouts - 25-30 min
Broccoli - 25 min
Carrots - 30 min
