IMPACTS on FINANCIAL AID

I (incomplete) grades are not considered passing and may jeopardize a student’s financial aid status.

'Last date of attendance' must be entered when entering a grade of 0.0 or V. To determine this date, use the last date of an academically related activity.

Examples of academically relative activities include:

  • examinations or quizzes

  • tutorials

  • computer-assigned instruction

  • academic advising or counseling

  • academic conferences

  • completing an academic assignment, paper, or project

  • attending a school-assigned study group.

  • the New Analytics feature may help review a student's academic activity within their Canvas data
