the user experience requested from GRPM is a target that looks like and blends in with the existing posters in the space. The AR characters will then come to life on the page similar to a Harry Potter newspaper (other references below).

- Will share a common base
- Will include still image from the AR animation with a mezzotint filter (psd)
- Will include a brief bio for the character (without the clue)

- Will pop-up and animate as video ... covering a portion of the printed target.
- The same paper texture will be laid over all of the videos
- Both the animated bust, the subtitles and the audio will be delivered via a single video.
- When the character stops talking, the animation should pop down (disappear) for 2 seconds , then pop-up and start again
