Please contact the Rotation Director and Rotation Coordinator at least 4-5 weeks prior to the start of the rotation. Points of contact may be found under Rotation Information.
Please also complete the rotation paperwork below NLT 8 weeks in advance and submit to Castor.
Access the TimeTree app with the ACR scheduling account. Schedule BEFORE the IM residents schedule. Do not ask Dr. Morikado for access to the time tree app. Please email the ACRs when your schedule is set because we need to approve the schedule.

Scheduling rules: COMPLETE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE but a minimum 1-2 months prior to arrival because shifts get filled fast and, as ED residents, Dr. Morikado gives us preference for shift requests over the IM residents. If you wait, and the shifts are all filled by IM residents you will need to schedule on days they are not there or discuss alternatives with the ACRs.
Required shifts: 15 Shifts
8 days and 7 nights
Days are 10a-6p
Nights are 6p-2a
Two weekends covered with emphasis on Thur, fri and sat nights
Monday day is also a priority
One resident per shift
