Overview of forms/questions of which form is needed:

1) Who is paying for the conf? A directorate at the Command: You need form SF 182

2) Who is paying for your travel? The Command: You need form TTR

3) Conf not on DOD approved list (if Command is paying): You need DOD Form 5050

4) No Cost TAD (you pay out of pocket for travel and conference): You need form 1610
