Semi-Annual Reviews

Semi-annual reviews are conducted twice a year with your APD/designed CCC faculty to review clinical performance, evaluations, goals and procedure numbers. A form will be emailed at least a month before it is due to be completed for the meeting.  It is useful to keep a copy for yourself to be updated before each review as the forms are designed to be cumulative over the course of your residency.
