亮點學生

經濟或文化不利學生培力計畫 

洪同學就讀本校電機工程學系二年級,以教育部各類學雜費減免身分參加此次機制。

在大學前便聽聞過高教深耕計畫,入讀大學後透過學校師長引薦參與此機制。洪生在學已參加第二年高教深耕計畫,兩年間參與職涯培力面課程,透過參加證照考試提升自身職涯能力、與他人互動幫助自己跳脫舒適圈,培養勇於嘗試及交換資源之能力;參與生活培力面課程,志工服務使自己受益匪淺,既有助於人,也加深了對自己的思考,並表示參加校內高教深耕方案有助於提升自身穩定在校就學。於111學年度第一學期班級排名第一,111下學期得品學兼優獎。並提到勵學金著實減輕了自己的負擔,洪生會將勵學金用在購買教科書和文具用品上,直接幫助了最需要的地方。

今年也參加3-3「海外校際交流」到日本九州學習當地文化,學習當地文化是學生在學習之外獲得的額外體驗,這也有助於其未來的職場生涯獲得更多。

I had heard about the Higher Education Deepening Program before going to college. After entering college, I participated in this mechanism through the recommendation of my school teachers. Hong Sheng has participated in the second-year higher education intensive program at school. He has participated in career development courses for two years. He has improved his career abilities by taking certificate exams, interacted with others to help him get out of his comfort zone, and cultivated his courage to try and exchange resources. ability; participating in the life-training course and volunteer service have benefited him a lot, which not only helps others, but also deepens his thinking about himself. He also said that participating in the on-campus higher education intensive program will help improve his stability in school. Ranked first in the class in the first semester of the 111 academic year, and won the award for excellence in both character and academic performance in the second semester of 111. He also mentioned that the scholarship money has really reduced his burden. Hong Sheng will use the scholarship money to buy textbooks and stationery supplies, directly helping the places that need it most.

This year, I also participated in 3-3 「海外校際交流」to日本九州 to learn the local culture. Learning the local culture is an additional experience that students get in addition to their studies, which will also help them gain more in their future careers. 

張同學就讀本校行銷與流通管理系,家中年所得為70萬以下,平時在學務處工讀賺取學費與生活費,大二時偶然聽同學提起高教深耕,透過學務處老師了解高等教育深耕計畫,參加輔導機制也有三年的時間,此計畫讓張同學有機會接觸到更多的學術和專業資源,利用週三下午的時間上系上開的課程,學習日本文化及歷史,有助於了解其他國家與台灣的差異,本學期也如願到日本實習。諮商職涯活動,每次的主題都非常多元,也更加認識自己了解自己,以及未來找工作的想法。張同學表示:「最重要的是,參加高等教育深耕計畫讓我更加自信地面對未來。我學到了許多新知識,也培養了解決問題的能力,這個計畫讓我相信,只要我付出努力,就能夠實現自己的夢想和目標。」

Zhang is studying in the Department of Marketing and Circulation Management of our school. His family’s annual income is less than RMB 700,000. He usually works as a student in the Academic Affairs Office to earn tuition and living expenses. When he was a sophomore, he accidentally heard a classmate talk about furthering higher education and learned about the higher education deepening program through teachers in the Academic Affairs Office. Painting, participating in the tutoring mechanism also lasts for three years. This program allows Zhang to have access to more academic and professional resources. He can use Wednesday afternoons to attend courses offered by the department and learn about Japanese culture and history, which will help Understanding the differences between other countries and Taiwan, I also fulfilled my wish to intern in Japan this semester. During the career counseling activities, the themes each time were very diverse, and I learned more about myself and my thoughts on finding a job in the future. (一)學習培力:1-1「與師共學」以系所為單位,安排專業教師提供經文不利生學習輔導課程,本年度共21系參與輔導、並開設26門專業科目輔導課程,學生可根據自身興趣選擇方案。課程中有教師開設比賽輔導、實作及課業輔導,皆有利於同學培植自身能力,並運用時間和教師有更進一步諮詢或實施小班教學,教師也可以更細微掌握學生盲點或狀況予以協助。1-2「創新自主學習」讓學生自主規劃學習內容,並進行線上學習,41%同學表示數位學習十分方便並願意繼續參與。1-3「學業進步獎」鼓勵同學自我超越,1-3區分三個級距,其中有20名同學班級排名前五外,學期成績總平均進步1分以上,可敦促同學就成績進步上持續努力。

(1) Learning empowerment: 1-1 "與師共學" arranges professional teachers to provide study tutoring courses for students with disadvantages in scriptures on a department-by-department basis. This year, a total of 21 departments participated in the tutoring and offered 26 professional subject tutoring courses. You can choose a plan based on your own interests. Teachers can also understand students' blind spots or situations in more detail to provide assistance. 1-2 "創新自主學習" allows students to plan their own learning content and conduct online learning. 41% of students said that digital learning is very convenient and are willing to continue participating. The 1-3 "學業進步獎" encourages students to surpass themselves. There are three levels of 1-3. Among them, 20 students rank among the top five in the class. The overall average score of the semester has improved by more than 1 point. This can encourage students to continue to improve their grades. effort. 

(二)職涯培力:2-1「職涯領航,E動新未來」提供心理成長、職涯規畫講座及工作坊,共計10小時職涯領域之多元課程。透過問卷分析發現近80%學生認為對自己的生涯規劃有幫助,活動除更認識自己、跳脫舒適圈看見自己的不足,也能讓學生對於求職有初步體驗與認識,破除擔憂與焦慮。2-2「職場生涯我『照』你」提供語言與MOS專業能力證照,共開設8門課程,提供學生跨域增能學習,並就上課、報名及真正考取給予不同階段補助勵學金,鼓勵學生增進自身硬實力外,為求職建造實質敲門磚。2-3「競賽拔尖」鼓勵學生參與校內外競賽,爭取自主學習之動機,並為個人品牌增添亮點。

(2) Career Development: 2-1 "職涯領航,E動新未來" provides lectures and workshops on psychological growth and career planning, totaling 10 hours of diversified courses in career fields. (三)生活培力:培植軟實力3-1「我們想要的未來:SDGs」透過桌遊方式帶領學生認識聯合國SDGs之諸多永續發展目標,讓學生從自身出發以外,還能延伸到環境,對環境有更多省思。有九成學生對課程感到滿意,並對環境保育有更多體認。3-2「傳遞關懷樂愛公益」從企劃公益活動出發,讓學生學習如何如同運營專案一般掌握活動各項細節,討論過程中激發團隊創意及溝通協調。問卷調查中顯示活動促使60%學生願意擔任志工以服務他人。3-3「海外校際交流」交由學生規劃海外交流內容,除體會異國文化差異、大學及企業參訪以及手作外,期望拓展學生對於本土及國際間差異之視野,並增加與他人正向交流之經驗。
