洪同學就讀本校電機工程學系二年級，以教育部各類學雜費減免身分參加此次機制。

在大學前便聽聞過高教深耕計畫，入讀大學後透過學校師長引薦參與此機制。洪生在學已參加第二年高教深耕計畫，兩年間參與職涯培力面課程，透過參加證照考試提升自身職涯能力、與他人互動幫助自己跳脫舒適圈，培養勇於嘗試及交換資源之能力；參與生活培力面課程，志工服務使自己受益匪淺，既有助於人，也加深了對自己的思考，並表示參加校內高教深耕方案有助於提升自身穩定在校就學。於111學年度第一學期班級排名第一，111下學期得品學兼優獎。並提到勵學金著實減輕了自己的負擔，洪生會將勵學金用在購買教科書和文具用品上，直接幫助了最需要的地方。

今年也參加3-3「海外校際交流」到日本九州學習當地文化，學習當地文化是學生在學習之外獲得的額外體驗，這也有助於其未來的職場生涯獲得更多。

張同學就讀本校行銷與流通管理系，家中年所得為70萬以下，平時在學務處工讀賺取學費與生活費，大二時偶然聽同學提起高教深耕，透過學務處老師了解高等教育深耕計畫，參加輔導機制也有三年的時間，此計畫讓張同學有機會接觸到更多的學術和專業資源，利用週三下午的時間上系上開的課程，學習日本文化及歷史，有助於了解其他國家與台灣的差異，本學期也如願到日本實習。諮商職涯活動，每次的主題都非常多元，也更加認識自己了解自己，以及未來找工作的想法。張同學表示：「最重要的是，參加高等教育深耕計畫讓我更加自信地面對未來。我學到了許多新知識，也培養了解決問題的能力，這個計畫讓我相信，只要我付出努力，就能夠實現自己的夢想和目標。」

Zhang is studying in the Department of Marketing and Circulation Management of our school. His family’s annual income is less than RMB 700,000. He usually works as a student in the Academic Affairs Office to earn tuition and living expenses. When he was a sophomore, he accidentally heard a classmate talk about furthering higher education and learned about the higher education deepening program through teachers in the Academic Affairs Office. (一)學習培力:1-1「與師共學」以系所為單位，安排專業教師提供經文不利生學習輔導課程，本年度共21系參與輔導、並開設26門專業科目輔導課程，學生可根據自身興趣選擇方案。課程中有教師開設比賽輔導、實作及課業輔導，皆有利於同學培植自身能力，並運用時間和教師有更進一步諮詢或實施小班教學，教師也可以更細微掌握學生盲點或狀況予以協助。1-2「創新自主學習」讓學生自主規劃學習內容，並進行線上學習，41%同學表示數位學習十分方便並願意繼續參與。1-3「學業進步獎」鼓勵同學自我超越，1-3區分三個級距，其中有20名同學班級排名前五外，學期成績總平均進步1分以上，可敦促同學就成績進步上持續努力。

(二)職涯培力:2-1「職涯領航，E動新未來」提供心理成長、職涯規畫講座及工作坊，共計10小時職涯領域之多元課程。透過問卷分析發現近80%學生認為對自己的生涯規劃有幫助，活動除更認識自己、跳脫舒適圈看見自己的不足，也能讓學生對於求職有初步體驗與認識，破除擔憂與焦慮。2-2「職場生涯我『照』你」提供語言與MOS專業能力證照，共開設8門課程，提供學生跨域增能學習，並就上課、報名及真正考取給予不同階段補助勵學金，鼓勵學生增進自身硬實力外，為求職建造實質敲門磚。2-3「競賽拔尖」鼓勵學生參與校內外競賽，爭取自主學習之動機，並為個人品牌增添亮點。

(2) Career Development: 2-1 "職涯領航，E動新未來" provides lectures and workshops on psychological growth and career planning, totaling 10 hours of diversified courses in career fields. (三)生活培力:培植軟實力3-1「我們想要的未來:SDGs」透過桌遊方式帶領學生認識聯合國SDGs之諸多永續發展目標，讓學生從自身出發以外，還能延伸到環境，對環境有更多省思。有九成學生對課程感到滿意，並對環境保育有更多體認。3-2「傳遞關懷樂愛公益」從企劃公益活動出發，讓學生學習如何如同運營專案一般掌握活動各項細節，討論過程中激發團隊創意及溝通協調。問卷調查中顯示活動促使60%學生願意擔任志工以服務他人。3-3「海外校際交流」交由學生規劃海外交流內容，除體會異國文化差異、大學及企業參訪以及手作外，期望拓展學生對於本土及國際間差異之視野，並增加與他人正向交流之經驗。
