2-2-推動國際化教育

推動國際化教育 Push Up International Education

配合防疫暫緩各類師生出國研修(習)活動,與海外姊妹校間的交流,以舉辦師生間的線上交流活動為主。境內活動則以邀請產業外籍講者蒞校交流演講,提升師生國際視野,藉此認識國外學習與產業運作模式。為提升師生國際移動能力,規劃推動研修課程,提升語言、文化及實作能力,以因應疫情趨緩後能前進海外。

建置智慧封裝測試類產線 Build Smart Packaging and Testing Production Lines

持續執行「半導體封裝測試實務人才培育計畫」,並善用「半導體封裝測試類產線示範工廠」,培育產業所需的專業實務人才,提升學生職場的就業力與競爭優勢。並持續與經濟部工業局智慧電子學院共同推動「半導體封裝工程師能力鑑定考試」,另111年類產線的建置重點在改善測試機台實務學習環境,希望透過建置封裝實作場域的經驗,持續添購測試相關設備。
