強化校務研究

111年度共執行12項議題研究,並針對常規性追蹤議題進行定期更新,以期延續議題效益,並且將校務議題的分析結果回饋於校內,共辦理2場校務研究工作坊,共計173人次參與。本年度持續受友校邀請進行校務研究之經驗交流 ,共計5場。近兩年在臺灣校務研究專業協會之研討會,共投稿5篇論文、其中2篇論文收錄於「2021臺灣校務研究專書-以數據驅動的校務策略規劃」、「2021臺灣校務研究專書-以資料為本的校務決策績效評估」2本專書出版。

Institutional Research Center implement  12 research topics in 111 years. And regularly update the routine tracking issues in order to continue the effectiveness of the issues.

In addition to continuing the subject research, also actively participates in international seminars by the TAIR. At the same time, many friend schools exchange their school affairs research experience, promote cross-school experience exchange.

校務研究資料倉儲

校務研究資料倉儲系統依不同主題已完成105個資料模組,資料來源除了既有校務資訊系統資料庫外,也可透過校務系統之資料匯入系統模組將外部資料檔案彙整匯入資料倉儲系統中。資料模組可提供校務研究中心進行各項議題研究分析,作為高層作決策的參考,並制定相關權限管控機制與資訊隱藏措施,將去識別化資料提供給需要的業務承辨單位使用,以達到校園資訊共享的目的。 

The data warehouse has completed 105 data modules based by different themes. In addition to the existing school database, the external data can be integrated into the data warehouse through the data import system module of the school affairs system. The data module can provide the Institutional Research Center to conduct research and analysis on various issues as a reference for high-level decision-making. Formulate relevant authority control mechanisms and information hiding measures. Also, provide the de-identified data to the responsible unit for use. So as to achieve the purpose of campus information sharing.

辦學公開化

1. 111年校務公開資訊平台新增3項目(原住民學生數、學生兼任助理人數、學校執行『工讀及生活』助學金情形)

2.舉辦四場次Power BI視覺化軟體教育訓練,參與人數共105人。透過教育訓練讓同仁學習多種資料來源、新視覺效果(文字雲)及書籤功能並熟悉PowerBI軟體操作,製作互動式視覺效果圖表呈現於校務資訊公開平台上。

 School Affairs Public Information Platform

1. In the 2022,three new items were added to the school affairs public information platform(the number of aboriginal students, the number of part-time student assistant and the situation of the school's implementation of "work-study and life" financial aid).

2. We have held four power bi educational training with a total of 105 people. Through educational training, let colleagues learn multiple data sources, new visuals(Word Cloud), bookmarks and be familiar with the operation of power bi software make interactive visualizations charts, presented in the school affairs public information platform. 

改善師資結構

111年度編列彈性薪資625,000元,經系、院教師評審委員會推薦,彈性薪資審查委員會審議,共計15名教師獲獎。

勸募及畢業生流向調查

本校積極完備「教育部高教深耕計畫-經濟不利學生勸募專區平台(http://webs.must.edu.tw/jtmust060/)」以及「網路捐款平台(https://donation.must.edu.tw/)」二平台,並透過公開資訊網極力推廣,藉此提升勸募績效。

外部募款對象包含:校友、社會大眾及企業公司,本校全體總動員進行勸募,與校友的經營維繫,藉由校友總會、系所友會的團隊經營與會務活動增加彼此互動交流機會。同時,校方每年透過畢業典禮與校慶,舉辦系所友回娘家活動,邀請畢業生返校重溫學生時代的回憶及了解彼此的近況,讓其感受到母校及師長們的溫馨關懷,111年雖因疫情嚴峻,勸募金額總計新台幣2,584,500元,外界持續捐款中。 

本校為掌握畢業生就業狀況,於111901日至1111111日針對畢業後一年(109學年度)、三年(107學年度)及五年(105學年度)之畢業生進行流向追蹤問卷調查,3學年度度合計畢業生人數為8,031人,願意接受問卷調查之畢業生人數共計6,330人,就業人數5,876人,就業率高達92.83%,表示本校培育的學生就業情形良好,深受業界肯定。

 

The University has established and actively promoted the "Ministry of Education's Deep Plowing Program for Higher Education- Platform for Fundraising for Disadvantaged Scholarships (http://webs.must.edu.tw/jtmust060/)" and "Online Donation Platform (https://donation. must.edu.tw/)" to improve the performance of fundraising through public information.

       External fundraising source include alumni, the general public, and corporate companies. All of the university staff to carry out fundraising work, maintain the relationships with alumni, and increase interaction through the team management and conference activities of the Alumni Association. The university annually during graduation ceremonies and school celebrations, the department will also be held to invite alumni return to return to university to relive the memories of their school days and learn about each other’s current situation, and continue to let the alumni feel the teacher’s care for the students. Due to the severe epidemic in 2022, it has been also raised NT$2,584,500 and more donations continued from external fundraising sources. 

In order to understanding the employment status of graduates, the university has been focus on graduation one year (109academic year), three years (107academic year) and five years (105academic year) after graduation from September 1, 2022 to November 11, 2022.

The alumni flow tracking questionnaire survey showed that the total number of graduates in the three academic years was 8,031, and the total number of graduates willing to accept the questionnaire survey was 6,330, and 5,876 were employed.

The employment rate is as high as 92.83%, indicating that the employment situation of the alumni has good educated by our university and, Well reputation by the industry.
