“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. 2 See, darkness covers the earth
Notice how it’s specifically said “arise” and imam Mahdi AJ is the riser/Qa’im of aal Muhammad AS
3 Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
In the tafseer of Surat al fajr (dawn):
from Jabir Bin Yazeed Al-Ju’fi: Abu Abdullahasws has said: ‘The Words of the Mighty and Majestic: By the dawn [89:1] - and the dawn, he is Al-Qaimasws
6 Herds of camels will cover your land young camels of Midian and Ephah. And all from Sheba will come, bearing gold and incense and proclaiming the praise of the Lord. 7 All Kedar’s flocks will be gathered to you, the rams of Nebaioth will serve you; they will be accepted as offerings on my altar, and I will adorn my glorious house.
“Kedar’s flocks” refers to Arabs. The “glorious house” most likely refers to the Kaaba but Allahu aalam
10 “Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you.
Perhaps what I meant by the walls are the walls of masjid al Kufa. In an authentic chain:
Amirul Momineen (a.s) said in his speech regarding the Kufa Masjid that it was made from mud, bricks and clay. Then he said: “When Qaim (a.s) reaches the Kufa Masjid, its walls would be of solid bricks and mortar; he would look at it and say: Woe be on the one who demolished you, woe be on the one who facilitated your razing, and woe be on the one who constructed you with solid bricks and changed the Qibla of Nuh. And fortunate are those who witness the razing in the company of the Qaim of Ahle Bayt. They are the best of the peoples.”
14 The children of your oppressors will come bowing before you; all who despise you will bow down at your feet
It is reported that Imam al Ridha AS said:
the offspring of the murderers of Al-Hussein (s) will even be pleased with the deeds of their forefathers. They will be even proud of it. Whoever is pleased with something is like one who has actually performed that deed. If someone gets killed in the East and someone else in the West is pleased that he was killed, then he will be considered to be a partner in that crime in the sight of the Honorable the Exalted God. The Riser (Imam al-Mahdi) (s) will kill them for being pleased with their forefathers’ murders when he (s) rises.’
15 “Although you have been forsaken and hated, with no one traveling through, I will make you the everlasting pride and the joy of all generations.
from Amirul Momineen (a.s) that he said with regard to the following verse: “And We desired to bestow a favor upon those who were deemed weak in the land, and to make them the Imams, and to make them the heirs…” (28:5) “They are Aale Muhammad (a.s). Allah will raise their Mahdi after their distress, so he will honor them and will disgrace their enemy.”
I will make peace your governor, and well-being your ruler. 18 No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders
“Abu Ja‘far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘We have found in the book of Ali, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, that the land belongs to Allah which He makes whomever of His servant He wants to inherit; and the end result is in favor of the pious people. We and the people of the House have inherited the earth and we are the pious ones. All of the earth belongs to us. Whoever of the Muslims revives and builds it and pays taxes to the Imam from the people of the House, he can eat thereof. If he abandons and ruins it and then another person of the Muslims takes it after him, builds it and revives it, he then is more rightful than the one who has abandoned it. So he pays taxes to the Imam from the House and he can eat thereof until the reappearance of al-Qa’im from the people of my house with the sword to control and protect it. He sends them in exile just as the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, protected it, except for what is in the hands of our followers who will then contract with him for what is in their hands and he, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, will leave it in their hands.’”
19 The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory. 20 Your sun will never set again, and your moon will wane no more; the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end.
Al-Mufaddal bin Omar told us that he heard Aba Abdullah, peace be upon him, saying in his saying: “And the earth shone with the light of its Lord.” The Lord of the Earth said, meaning the imam of the earth. So I said: If he comes out, what? He said: Then the people would ignore the light of the sun and the light of the moon, and are satisfied with the light of the Imam.
21 Then all your people will be righteous and they will possess the land forever.
And his saying, “Allah has promised those of you who believe and do good that He will certainly make them successors in the land, as He did with those before them; and will surely establish for them their faith which He has chosen for them; and will indeed change their fear into security they worship Me, associating nothing with Me. But whoever disbelieves after this, it is they who will be the rebellious.” It was revealed about Al-Qaim from the family of Muhammad SAWA
22 The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation.
from Mufaddal bin Umar that he said: I heard His Eminence, Abu Abdullah Sadiq (a.s) say: “When the Qaim (a.s) arises, the earth would light up with the luminescence of its Lord and the people would become needless of sunlight. In his rule, all will have such long lifespans that each person will beget a thousand sons.
I am the Lord; in its time I will hasten this.”
And his saying (they want to put out the light of God with their mouths, and God perfects His light) He said about the Qaim from the family of Muhammad, peace be upon them, until when he emerges, God will make him prevail over all religion so that no one will be worshiped except God, which is his saying: “He will fill the earth with fairness and justice as it was filled with injustice and oppression.”
