2 and I will make my covenant between me and you and will multiply you bim-’ōḏ mə-’ōḏ
6 and I will make you fruitful bim-’ōḏ mə-’ōḏ, I will make nations and kings come out from you
20 and as for Ishmael, I have heard you. Behold I have blessed him, and I will make him fruitful and will multiply him, bim-’ōḏ mə-’ōḏ twelve chiefs he shall beget, and I will make him a great nation
Narration:
Abdul Haleem bin al-Husayn as-Samriy read to me what a Jew man called al-Husayn bin Sulayman, who was one of the Jewish jurisprudents, had dictated to him in Arrajan. The names and the number of the imams (as) had been mentioned in Hebrew. From among what he had read to me was this passage: “One of the descendants of Ishmael will be delegated (as a prophet). He is called Mabad or Mamad that it means Muhammad. He will be a master over people. From his progeny there will be twelve men. They will be imams and masters, whom people will imitate
The narrator says that the attention of the assembly was now turned to the books of Musa and in the second book of the Torah was found written this declaration of the Lord of the universe: “I will send, of the children of Ismail, a Prophet, to whom I will communicate my own book. I will raise him up with a true righteous dispensation for all My creatures and will bestow My wisdom on him and assist him with My angels and hosts. His offspring shall be from his blessed daughter whom I will give him in blessing. From that daughter, I will cause two sons to spring like two branches, Ismail and Ishaq, I will multiply exceedingly in two great branches, from which I will establish twelve imams for the preservation of that which I will complete by the instrumentally of Muhammad, who is the seal of the Prophet, and in the period of whose nation I will set the Judgment.
For some of these I’ll use the Hebrew and Greek versions
honorable mention:
he is Ma.ha.mad.dim (songs:5:16 Hebrew)
I only included this due to the spelling otherwise if u see the context of the passage it’ll make you go “astaghfirullah”
But Paraclete, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father (Lord) will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. (John 14:26)
When Paraclete comes, whom I will send to you from the Father (lord)—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father (lord) —he will testify about me.(John 15:26)
Unless I go away, Paraclete will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. 8 When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment: 9 about sin, because people do not believe in me; 10 about righteousness, because I am going to the Father lord, where you can see me no longer; 11 and about judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned. 12 “I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. 13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. (John 16)
Paraclete here means Muhammad or Ahmad as agreed upon by most Muslims (both Sunni and Shia)
Backup verse:
And when Jesus, son of Mary, said, “O children of Israel! I am truly Allah’s messenger to you, confirming the Torah which came before me, and giving good news of a messenger after me whose name will be Aḥmad.”1 Yet when the Prophet came to them with clear proofs, they said, “This is pure magic”. 61:6
NOTE: the gospel of Barnabas seems to be calling Muhammad SAWA the “messiah” so although the gospel may contain proof of the prophethood of Muhammad SAWA it seems to have misunderstandings since this isn’t the actual gospel of Jesus AS but rather a biography from one of his apostles who seemed to have been confused between the concept of the messiah and the seal of prophets AS
To conclude; Fakhr al-Islam, in his book, Anis al-Alam, says:
A pre-Islamic manuscript of the Gospel on parchment was found in the library of Protestant Christians, as a part of Jesus’ last will and testament to Simon whose other name was Peter, it said: O Simon! God has advised you about the Master of the Messengers and His beloved, Ahmad, the owner of the red camel, the moon- faced, the pure-hearted, and the strong-bodied, who is a great man of Adam’s children, mercy for the people of the world, and an ummi (i.e. inhabitant of Umm al-Qura; Mecca), Arab Prophet. God said to me. O Jesus! Tell the children of Israel to acknowledge and believe in him. I said, O Lord! Who is that great man? God said: O Jesus! He is Muhammad, God’s Messenger for the universe. Happy is this prophet and happy are those who give ears to him. I will appoint him as prophet 610 years after you.
