Training records are an integral part of employee development, it is recommended that employees inform of any developmental activities taken, which was not facilitated or approved by LDI. The following steps are to report any activity to be included as part of the employees training records and transcript.

Provide information on the training being reported such as: reporting year, month, reporting person name and title, email address, and business unit, etc.

Provide further details of the training such as Name, number of JPS participants and names, cost in U.S., location, average feedback on the programme, start date, duration and classification.

Indicate programmes co-ordinator, type of programme, type of delivery, presenter’s name / company and target group.

Check for new entries / email notifications on the "External Training Report" portal once a month before the submission of the monthly LDI Scorecards & KPIs report.
