The following steps are to be followed when managing the Company's Switching Certification process. Checking a switcher's status, finding switching programme in the schedule and registering for the programme.

Check the Online List of Company's Authorized Switchers for status of the employee(s) to be authorized / re-authorized.

Check LDI training workplan for scheduled New or Re-authorization switching programmes for the various categories and locations to fit the participant. Follow the steps:

Register participants to a training session and communicate with both participant and manager in accordance with LDI service level agreement timeline (SLA) above.
If it is the employee's manager doing the search, contact LDI to request booking and ensure seats are available for the selected programme.

Send training manual to participants via email.

For re-authorizations, activate participant on the LMS to allow access to the online switching re-certification programme (DT2-DT3 category only).

For new authorizations engage panel members, System Control, HSE representatives, who will be part of the evaluation panel before programme's start.

In case of recertification, ensure the participants completes the online programme and passes the online tests. Then set schedule for a field refresher with trainer.

On training date, confirm participants to the programme and add them to the Training Records Management System

Send switcher's field assessment URL link to evaluation panel's chairman.

After classroom, field assessment or field refresher, input test score, panel members rating and comments using provided URL links in the online switching authorization portal.

Generate switching authorization / Certificate and send for revision and approval of LDI's manager

Add or update participants details in the Company's Authorized Switchers List.
