These are the steps to be followed to request registration to participate in training being conducted by LDI.

Navigate to the LDI Website and check Annual Training Catalogue of Events for training being offered.

If the required programme is not among the events delivered by LDI in the year, proceed to the "Request Approval for Training Outside LDI" section.

If the programme is available, check “Main Target” and "Number of Available Seats” from calendar's event or by contacting LDI.

Once it is clear that seats for the programme are available, get direct manager or supervisor’s approval for participation.

Submit request for registration to the programme by e-mail to trainingteam@jpsco.com. Copy direct supervisor/manager.

LDI will acknowledge receipt within the SLA required time and confirm or deny registration.

LDI will send follow up e-mail with registration detail or changes to requested dates if needed.

Near to the programme delivery date a new communication from LDI will be sent notifying of the upcoming training.

If no communication is forthcoming two days before the programme. Contact LDI.

If the programme is Out-of-Base, after receiving LDI confirmation, make accommodation arrangements in hotels which provide corporate discount rates (Contact LDI for listing).

Request pro-forma invoice / quote to raise PO for accommodation before programme delivery to avoid Retroactive Payment for services.

After the training is completed, submit expense claims and accommodation invoices to LDI for final processing.

If the event is a certification programme, LDI will send to successful participants and managers, programme's result and certificates.
