The JPS Learning & Development Institute (LDI) has been established to meet the diverse needs of our employees and with a vision to look beyond our internal needs to the developmental needs of the nation and the Caribbean region. It is our quest to do our part in improving lives, fueling the growth of businesses and powering development and prosperity.
