Love and fear cannot coexist. They are opposite energies.
Negative emotions like worry, anger, and doubt come from a place of fear. Positive feelings like happiness, joy, and hope come from a place of love. Words carry energy, so it is essential to become aware of the words you say to yourself and others, especially your partner and children. Also, be mindful of the information you listen to or read because this also affects the whole system in negative ways.
Children only understand the state of survival, so when their precious systems detect danger (verbal or physical), they instantly go into a "fight or flight" response. Low energy words weaken our immune systems, as well as our children's, resulting in health issues and unwanted behaviors.
In this presentation, I will show you three simple ways to transcend feelings of fear into love. These strategies are great to use with the entire family and bring comfort during times of uncertainty.
