As a Family Wellness Accelerator and Transformational Health Coach she is devoted to helping families who feel disconnected and unfulfilled become skillful in positively identifying their holistic health needs, to unleash their full potential from a healthy mind-body connection. She does this in a way that honors and nurtures their family values, so they can lead a more harmonious life; unapologetic and unafraid.
She is launching Tiny Green Chef, an online nutritional cooking program for kids, teaching them how to grow a healthy appetite for whole plant based foods so they want to eat them without conflict, coercion or complaint. Using fun kitchen science experiments and cooking exercises, all with plant based ingredients.
