Microsoft has just made Windows 10 users an offer they (almost) can't refuse: a free update to Windows 11 version 24H2. Details can be found on this support page, where Microsoft writes: “Windows 11, version 24H2, also known as the Windows 11 2024 Update, is now broadly available.24 jan 2025
If you are stuck on 22621.2506 (22H2), then you can install the KB5027397 Enablement Package above for 22631.2506 (23H2).

English: the fix that I found is to register in Program windows insider (you can do it in windows updates options). After that you can install win 11 from USB or a downloaded iso with just the explorer of windows. That was the fix for all the problems with Intel system or tpm.

Had the same error on 22H2. Tried to do a update (I'm running a older non-tpm pc) and the update failed due to TPM error.
Downloaded the latest Windows 11 iso (24h2) from Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices
Downloaded the latest version of Rufus
. Grabbed a USB drive with enough space for windows install files.
Picked my usual settings for Rufus (I check everything).
Created the new Windows 11 install drive (on the usb drive).
Ran setup on the usb drive.. did a upgrade (keep existing files).
Did the upgrade to 24H2.. couple reboots. (removed the USB drive once it tried to boot to it instead of windows.. watch what you select here.. there's a option to wipe/reload which is what you DONT want to do if you're just trying to upgrade your windows to 24H2)
System is up and running normally now, no errors or issues. Msg is gone.
This worked for me but like all things if you chose to follow the steps I did, you do so at your own risk. I would highly recommend backing up anything that's important first. If you're running newer, windows 11 compliant hardware you should be able to skip most of this and just try doing a upgrade to 24H2 from the Windows 11 upgrade page I listed above. I would try some of the other fixes listed here if you're running a Windows 11 compliant PC. (making sure TPM is enabled, etc)

If you're getting this message most likely you're running win11 22h2. For that you need to run an enablement package that can found here: https://www.askwoody.com/forums/topic/want-to-use-an-enablement-package-to-quickly-go-to-23h2/
