All residents start with a basic home. Upgrades and additional properties may be purchased.

If you want to have pets, you're going to need space! Home upgrades up to Large, as well as the Mansion upgrade, all increase how many pets your character can have!
Basic Home -- Default (2 Pets, excluding Starter Pet)
Medium Home Upgrade -- 1,000 (4 Pets)
Large Home Upgrade -- 3,000 (6 Pets)
Family Home Upgrade -- 5,000 (required for marriage and/or children, unlocks Utility Slot 4)
Mansion Upgrade –- 10,000 (8 Pets)

The Vacation Home and all of its marks cost 100k PD. Their perks are as follows:
1st Mark - Starts with a unique Pet Slot
(Required to unlock additional perks)2nd Mark - Special Pokémon (Ultra Beasts, Paradoxmon, etc.) are available for work and as mounts
3rd Mark - 5th Gardenslot
4th Mark - adds +1 work slot to all jobs
5th Mark - Decadent Hedonist (Title) + Golden Statue (Collectible) + 1 Rare Crafting Item of choice
(Requires all 4 marks to purchase)
*The Pet Slot earned via the Vacation Home is permanent and Pokémon can be swapped in and out of it.
**Special Pokémon will need to be caught or obtained alternatively prior to starting work.
***The crafting item can be anything you'd like, from a MerOrb to the Blessed Shiny Crystal!

Residents may live on one of four islands: Mystery Isle, Affection Atoll, Rapture Retreat, or Amusement Archipelago.
Each island is divided into lots--little parcels of land that your resident calls their own! They're identified by a numerical and letter combination, and grouped by unique sector names. The combination of number, letter, and sector name is your resident's address.
If you have never claimed a lot before, you may do so by sending in a communication note to the group
Lot size: 1,440 acres (5.8 km2).
One side of a lot: 1.5 miles (2.4km).
Travel Time:
Walking - 30 Minutes (across 1 lot)
Mount - 5 Minutes (across 1 lot)

Claiming a Lot
You can only claim a lot for the island that your resident lives on.
New Members:
Once you have applied for the group during an opening, and you have received an acceptance notice, you may reply with three plot numbers found on your island, in order of preference.
Current Members:
If you have not selected a lot of land before, residents may claim their very own lot of land for the first time for free via note.
If you'd like to move your character from their present address they will have to pay a moving fee:
Moving within your island: 15,000PD
Moving to a different island: 20,000PD
Send in a note, and in that note, tell the group which character is moving, to which island, and list three plots in order of desire. If the first choice is unavailable, we will move you to your second or third options.
