Please use the following form to submit work to the group!
Please be sure to fill out every section as completely as possible! On work pieces especially, please be sure to select all applicable bonuses.
Remember that brews are only used on pieces that you designate to earn their bonus.
Since we are moving away from deviantArt, submission types can overlap! This means trail pieces can earn an event bonus if an Aspect swap event is happening and is depicted, for example.
Work pieces are still not able to be combined. A piece for a farm cannot also earn ranch bonuses, for example.
Mods will review submissions at least once per week, and payouts will be visible on the LOG page of your inventory. Any errors spotted should be sent to #error reports in discord, or be sent in via The Note Submission Form (found on this page in the topic below this one).

Trading items and pokemon
Gifting
Marriages & Children
Pets & Catching Pokemon
Business Assistants
Donating
In addition, any note for a concern or suggestion, a miscellaneous note to mods, or any other desired note can be sent via this form.
Notes will be looked over at least once each week. Notes that involve changes seen on character inventories (upgrades, pokemon purchases, trades, etc) will not receive a response. Any note requiring a response will recieve a DM from the Harvest Sprite account on discord unless another method of contact is mentioned on the note itself. Any errors spotted should be sent to #error reports in Discord, or via another note if you are not in the Discord server.
NOTE: Any issue that needs immediate attention or more involved discussion can be sent via Discord using the #submit a ticket channel. No one but the mods can see anything you enter in a ticket, unless other members need to be added in by the mods. Typically only one or two mods will help with the ticket so it doesn't get overwhelming for the member. If Discord doesn't work out for immediate problems we are open to discuss where else to meet for a live chat.
At times in any community, a member may participate in behavior that is seen as unacceptable. Any time a member wants to express concerns or report behavior they are worried about, they can do so using the report form!
This form can be totally anonymous, and moderators will look over it frequently and address concerns as they are able.
If you wish to receive a response to your report, however, please feel free to list your username, and a mod will contact you as soon as they can.
