History:
There aren't too many islands, but that is what gives this chain of islands its charm. Settle in on Mystery Island, Affection Atoll, Rapture Retreat, and Amusement Archipelago! Enjoy a spot of peace, or head to town to see what mischief the locals are up to.
Perhaps even spare a moment to catch a ferry over to the Sacred Isle. A short nature hike, only a mile or two up so don't sweat it, and you'll come to the Divine Spring. Perhaps you'll get to meet the Harvest Goddess there?
Mystery Isle
Laying to the north-west of Raccolto is an island moist with wet lands to the south. The land can get fairly hilly up north, especially within the thick pine forests that loom always in the distance...

Affection Atoll
A fairly flat island with gentle rolling slopes located to the north-east of Raccolto town. Forests perk up out of the rich soil and provide the islands with some pleasant shade. The beach here is a popular haunt in summer!

Rapture Retreat
South of Raccolto. An island with only a few high points, but the rest is very flat land. Ideal for those who don't like much of a climb. It is known more for its beautiful lakes than its beach, but even that is a crowd favorite in summer!

Amusement Archipelago
Located to the extreme south of Raccolto, accessible through Rapture Retreat, is a hilly island that features more towering topography. A tall and stunning waterfall is constantly roaring in the distance, with an entrance to the mines hidden behind!

Raccolto Town Square
A wide brick square fenced in by hedges, this location makes an ideal place to hold events or post news bulletins. Many island events are held on these bricks, and every day people pass through to stop by and observe the bulletin board for upcoming events or mayoral announcements. Pidove often haunt these grounds in hopes of bread crumbs.

Peppy Pichu Playground
Just outside Raccolto town, is the Peppy Pichu Playground! A fully equipped place with wood chips to cushion the ground, the playground boasts a four person swing set and a spherical jungle gym in the shape of a rather large Pokéball. A complicated structure with slides, monkey bars, and tunnels is also available, as well as a couple of see-saws and a roundabout merry-go-round.
Tranquill Botanical Gardens
Also located outside Raccolto town, the botanical gardens prove to be a tranquil place. Bug-type Pokémon are known to pollinate the flowers in spring and summer. A small hedge maze possesses an elegant wooden gazebo in its center.
Come by to enjoy a quiet afternoon reading books on the provided benches, or sit back and listen to the residents who enjoy practicing their instruments in the gazebo.
Raccolto Public Library and Cultural Museum
Found on the north side of Raccolto town is a large brick building which houses the Raccolto Public Library on the first floor, and the Raccolto Cultural Museum on the second floor. It has the musty, but pleasant smell of history! Check out the Library and the Museum today!
Police Station
Interested in seeing how the officers that patrol Raccolto do their paperwork or how they spend their down time, come take a peek. Or...perhaps you got caught and are behind bars, hope you can get someone to bail you out.
Raccolto Boardwalk
Where Raccolto touches the sea, you can see the magnificent boardwalk that lines the beach. Here you have benches the face the sea, entertainment of all kinds lining the boards and not to mention the delicious food that is offered of course!

Raccolto Port
Along the lapping coats of Raccolto Island an old port has been rebuilt thanks to the efforts of Raccolto residents. The decrepit docks, half fallen into the water and swaying with each wave, has been replaced by a sturdy row of docks. Each stable, clean, and safe for citizens to enjoy for fishing, boating, and more important, exploring the islands that are not far off from the island chains!
Ferries come every morning, noon, and evening to the new port, and if you are curious enough, if you are ready for a day away from your work, it may be time to catch a ride! The native residents have opened up the islands and are building up their own communities to greet their Raccolto neighbors. Explore the islands! Take a hike along scenic tropical flora, blaze a trail up a snowy peak or even enjoy the bustle of the rare city life.

Occasionally, the Harvest Goddess will show up at events. A beautiful, outgoing, and kind goddess of growth and fertility. She rarely visits town, but when she does, it’s almost as if flowers spring up in her footsteps. She seems to have a rivalry with the Harvest God.

Lillith is a mysterious woman who spends most of her time catering to those who come to craft from her bubbling cauldron and roaming through the forest for ingredients to make personal concoctions of her own. She is always seen with that cape on. There are rumors that she hides intriguing objects within it.

The town’s local trader. He isn’t in often, but when he is, his stall’s worth a visit. Sometimes, he’s got rare goodies you can’t get anywhere else. Not to mention, he’s a very very gorgeously attractive young Snorlax, and his visits don’t last long. Did I mention attractive?

The town's florist. She's the one to go to if you ever need seeds for crops, or perhaps need a bouquet of blossoms for a special someone. If you were just curious, and went to look in the town records, there isn't any mention of a Rose Ivy, but there is a Richard Ivy... hmm...

This strong man is the town’s carpenter. He’s the guy to go to for furniture, housing upgrades, building barns... you get the idea. Though he’s always pretty busy with work, you can usually find him at the bar at night.

The sheriff of Raccolto and its islands. Wallet gone missing? Vandals spray painted your barn? Skitty stuck up a tree? Sheriff Barkley is your man! Don't let his bulk and bald head intimidate you. He is a fair enforcer and has years of experience. Careful about littering though, that seems to set him off.

Raccolto's local "mad scientist", Sophia can be a bit obsessed with whatever new invention she has going on; but pay no mind to that, as when she finally notices you she'll be kind and the perfect host! She is constantly inventing new tools for the town's residents.

Every once in a while, off the coast on a misty day, an amazingly dulcet voice can be heard singing. If you’re quiet enough you may be able to sneak up and catch a glimpse of a local legend: the Mermaid of Raccolto. Sophia, a local scientist, claims to know the mermaid, and calls her “Marin”, but she never offers any proof.
