You can create games using the content on this site without asking permission, provided that you abide by the following conditions:

When creating a game using the Aspect Engine, your product must include the following license text below.

"This work is based on Into the Glowlands and the Aspect Engine (found at https://laikasmallpress.itch.io/into-the-glowlands), created by Ben Warren and published by Laika Small Press. [Product name] is an independent creation by [author/publisher name] and is not affiliated with Laika Small Press or Ben Warren."

You do not need to ask permission to create content under this license. A condition of using this license is that its text cannot be obscured or made less visible than other text in your work's copyright section.

The license does not cover content that is used to promote racist, homophobic transphobic, antisemitic, islamophobic, fascist or other bigoted ideology, and if a work under it is found to promote hateful ideology then it can be withdrawn at Laika Small Press' discretion. It does not cover content that is created for use with Non-Fungible Tokens ('NFTs').

When creating content for the Aspect Engine and Into the Glowlands, you can set games, adventures and other creative content on Atrius. You may copy text verbatim from this website, with the exception of text on the page Atrius and all of its attached subpages; ideas and concepts from the aforementioned pages may still be used for content released under the license.
