False Positive Regions are Profile specific and are Optional.
False Positive Regions when set, will color the question marks on the Chromosome tab in an orange tone.
Right click menus are available for both unpopulated and populated views and should be self-explanatory.
At the bottom of the False Positive Region table are commands for adding a new region. Start by clicking on “Chr” and entering a chromosome number. Then enter a “Start Point” and “End Point”. Then click “Add”. The new region will be added to the table. These new regions can be personally determined as you examine your own matches
