The Database Routines section is to assist the user in keep their database in the state of their liking.
Note the warning, “These changes are permanent”, so backup before you do anything in case you change your mind.
Each of the DNA Segments or Relative Data actions may require a source and Profile to be selected as well as the appropriate attributes in the DNA Segment Minimums area. Think ahead of what you want accomplished.
Note: When deleting chromosome data for all sources and profiles, all triangulation data will be deleted as well.

Lock All Currently Loaded Ahnentafels
Lock All Currently Loaded Ahnentafels
Locks all currently loaded Ahnentafels preventing them from being overwritten by future imports.
Any relative without an Ahnentafel is ignored in this process.

Note: Even an Ahnentafel that contains just one person will be locked with this process.
Unlock All Currently Loaded Ahnentafels
Unlock All Currently Loaded Ahnentafels
Unlocks all currently loaded Ahnentafels, allowing them to be overwritten in future imports.

Process can take time depending on how many you currently have loaded - be patient.
