Windows Installation Errors

If you have installed a Windows upgrade to GMPro and encounter the following error pop-up and then get the Runtime Error message that says "Failed to locate Framework DLL", then one potential cause, and therefore solution, is that you have initially installed the 64bit version (possibly in error), and then installed the 32bit version - without uninstalling the 64bit version first.

To resolve this, uninstall Both versions of the program, download a clean 32bit version, and do a fresh install.

You should now have a working program.
