Polish Day

During this day dedicated Poland, the teachers and students who participated in the second meeting in Poland presented the school program Erasmus+ “Finding Our Roots” in the city of Lotz to the school we collaborate with.

Our 9th graders had different assignments for the Polish day such as:

draw the Polish flag and created Polish geographical maps.

They also made research and presented the following topics

1. Important people of Poland (politicians, athletes, artists, scientists).

2. The biggest Polish cities and their landmarks.

3. Traditional Polish meals. They compared Swedish and Polish food.

It was the Cinnamon bun day(week) during the week when the Polish day took place, so we made cinnamon buns and had Swedish "Fika" during the presentations.
