Gratitude Lesson

Gratitude

Gratitude improves our mental, physical, and emotional health. It also helps us perform our work better -- and become more compassionate leaders and friends.

Use this lesson to introduce your students to the benefits of gratitude. Then, encourage your students to use our gratitude journal in order to track their gratitude for 21 days. After 21 days of tracking, gratitude should become a daily habit.
