When dealing with COVID-related psychological distress such as trauma, anxiety, and depression, sometimes it can be difficult to make sense of or put into words what is happening. Bibliotherapy aims to bridge this gap by using literature to help provide information, normalize one's experience, provide emotional support, and model coping behaviors in the form of reading activities through books and therapeutic stories.Â
