2-1-1 Bay Area, a program of United Way, is a comprehensive information and referral service for Bay Area counties.

2-1-1 phone and text services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in 150 languages through phone interpretation services and English and Spanish for text services. All contacts are confidential.

2-1-1 connects callers with local community services, such as food, shelter, counseling, employment assistance, quality child care, senior services, and more.
