This virtual training with Ritchie Rubio PhD equips clinicians with practical, culturally responsive skills to deliver trauma-responsive behavioral health care to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) across telehealth and AI-enhanced platforms. Participants will learn to adapt evidence-based interventions for video, phone, and hybrid formats, strengthen therapeutic alliance online, and ensure safety planning and crisis response remain robust in virtual settings. The session demystifies AI tools, such as chatbots, decision-support systems, and generative content applications, showing how they can personalize intervention with clients. By the end, attendees will leave with actionable workflows, resource libraries, and confidence to integrate telehealth and AI innovations into everyday clinical practice, enhancing engagement and outcomes for BIPOC clients.
