The War Dogs are often rival gangsters and former corporates. Above all, they seek power. Following in the footsteps of a legendary Fallenbander known as 'Spiller', they don't seek pride over what little power they can gain. They have no honor nor morals, they simply claw and fight their way into any position of renown they can manage. They will pretend to be loyal, they will pretend to be servile, only to stab you in the back once it becomes advantageous.
Most know that the War Dogs were originally remnants of a small rival gang called the 'Blood Spillerz'. However, there is a deeper secret to their formation only known by the oldest and highest ranking skulls. There are rumors that the War Dogs used to carry out secret, direct orders from the upper ossuary. However, this is not confirmed, and if you ask the War Dogs? They wouldn't tell you the truth.
Their culture is violence. They often infight, and will start fights with others. Their ideology is based on the principle that you must evolve to any condition. There is no situation in which you should not shape yourself. You must evolve to survive, and only the fittest do. You must follow the winning side. Live a myth, or die a legend.
From the outside they seem the most broken of the Fallenband, never resisting, never appealing to carve out their own path. Rarely do they try to escape or complain. However, they are in fact an organized esoteric community. Their hideouts are few in number, but seldom found by anyone outside of their own tribe. Beyond their odd ritualistic habits they also horde medicine and food to freely distribute among themselves. This selfless disposition is not really seen in any of the other Tribes.
Unlike other groups of Fallenbanders, they appeal to some idea of morality. They believe that their conditions are a trial from some kind of higher power. Some of them call it 'God', others call it 'The Spirit'. The truth is that the spiritualists are quite decentralized. They used to be a far more united force under a prophet named 'Splinter'. However following his death they lacked the cohesion to believe anything outside a vague idea of right and wrong.
Unlike most religions, they lack a singular standardized symbol. Some wear crosses, some wear crescents, some wear stars or other strange sigils. They don't have a holy book, only a communal understanding of what the Spirit wills, told through word of mouth. They are rarely found in groups. A large number of Spiritualists is rumored to only gather when they are preparing to fight the War Dogs.
The fewest in number among the three tribes of Fallenband. Though this was not always the case, at one point the recluses had enough power to attempt an escape. However, this plan was cut short by a traitor. Who was this traitor? The recluses say that it was the legendary 'Spiller', but both the War Dogs and Spiritualists fervently deny this.
Whatever the case, the Recluses are outspoken and unmoving. Above all they prioritize honor and respect. Few spines have managed to win them over, but those who dare to attempt such a feat will be given the most truly loyal of the Fallenbanders. They are the only fallenbanders to truly share a single identity. They will wave banners, they will leave marks, because they refuse to be broken.
As you can imagine, this makes them a significant problem for the upper ranks that preside over the fallenbanders. As such, they are most often found secluded away in dark corners, always watched by an uncaring warden. Rumors are always abound that they're planning something, but few are sure what that plan is, or when it will happen.
