The Chromeskulls are cutthroat, prosthetic crazed idealists who strive for full anarchy by any means necessary. Through the active defiance of local governments and corporations, they aim to create an "equal playing field" where the right to lead is won by one's own might. Sunrise City will be a land of criminals, where there's no need to be worried about a loss of humanity if it can just be replaced with metal.
