The vast criminal underground of Sunrise City is home to many singular rabble-rousers and small criminal gangs that do not fall under the Chrome Skull's grasp, but still work with them as low level mercenaries and friends to the cabal.
These unaffiliated gangsters are often violent and drug-addled soldiers of fortune that work under The Skulls for treasure and renown in the eyes of their would-be employers, though little treasure is ever given out from the fabled vault. Under Vic Rattlechrome's era, the usage of mercenaries has only grown more common, and many are eager to try their hand at the pot of riches before them.
Reputation is primarily gained or lost through attending Flashstorm and Public Server Startups, secondarily Quests. Good & Enjoyable roleplay is what is most important to gain reputation with our faction. Please know that your previous behavior with our faction and other factions will be taken into account when considering your place amongst repholders. Note that an SR should be present at one of these hosts to note your good or bad deeds.
Chromeskull reputation will not utilize points, but instead be entirely based on your actual reputation with the gang. This is to make sure that reputation can be gained (and lost) even in casual roleplay, and so that anyone can gain rep no matter their style of roleplay.
As a reputable, rewards may be made available to you for good roleplay, a lack of moderation, and proper conduct within faction hosts, but know that they are never guaranteed.
Additional perks will be made available as you continue to gain reputation with us, more intriguingly of which include a post in the Hang-A-Round Lane discord channel, where you and others may post their character.
Open involvement with groups or cultures the Chromeskulls oppose or are at war with will ruin any reputation you could have hoped to gain. This may include any Unions and Developed Nations, Dictatorships, and Anyone the Chromeskulls think are lame. Repholders should be ideologically similar to the group they work for, or at least know to hide their allegiance.
Any reputable who's found out to have been going behind the backs of the Chromeskulls, will be slingshotted into negative rep and will have a bounty placed on them.
After achieving the "ranking" of Chromeskin, you will be allowed to completely jump from unaffiliated to an [LR1] "Stray" Fanatic without any apps; save for a baseline character sheet. This step is completely optional if one prefers to be an unaffiliated.
Additional rep-rank perks will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on the merits the user did to earn said reputation. Staff will discuss perks, and will inform the repholder upon agreement.
You are now allowed to slot for scheduled hosts in the place of an [LR+] "Skull."
You are now allowed to do Side Gigz locked to [LR+] "Skull."
For all reasons and purposes, you have the "power" of an [LR] "Skull." You have no greater powers than that, save for IC renown/notoriety.
You are now allowed to slot for Scheduled Hosts in the place of an [XR+] "Thug."
You are now allowed to do Side Gigz locked to [XR+] "Thug."
You are granted limited PESTERCHROME chat-forum access with the EXTERNAL tag (E.G, "[EXT] chromeCase."), via a modified client dubbed SLABIAN.
There are no positive or negative repercussions at this level.
You will be subjected to harassment by Chromeskulls while within Sunrise City.
Within Chromeskull Black Markets, you are subject to higher prices.
While in Sunrise City, you will be subjected to more muggings than the average wastelander. Oftentimes, with more vitriol and distain.
You will likely be shot on sight when in Sunrise City.
You are barred from entering Chromeskull territories. If found within, you will be Fallenbanded—if you aren't killed on sight.
A Bounty will most probably be placed on you.
If caught, you will be placed within the Fallenband, and outfitted with Cruelty Chrome.
