Wasters, Vagrants, Slabs, or anything else used to discern them from The Chromeskulls and the menagerie of other factions, are the commonwealth of the isles and the post-flash wasteland. They are the average persons trying to make do, and often do not see eye-to-eye with The Chromeskulls' ideology.

A biological ticking time bomb, mutants are like a tumor; they fester and grow until they become a stain, bursting anew from a cocoon of flesh and blood— making them an uneasy force to behold, and a worrisome group to the Chromeskulls' operations. Despite the underlying threat they pose, most Chromeskulls have no issues with mutant kind with the gang's beliefs of 'equality'.
Eldritch abominations forged of flesh and blood. These flesh-distorted, desensitized monsters are the natural devolution of wastelander mutants, and are a force not to be trifled with. A kill on sight for any self-respecting Chromeskull.
Frenemies to the criminal gang, having aligned interests in promoting smuggling, black markets, and mercenary work. However, these groups continue to pose conflict of interest issues, and the Chromeskulls continue to expand their criminal operations across Sunrise. They are hated or beloved depending on the context of the situation.
