The 120-foot Lynchburg Covered Bridge spans the East Fork of the Little Miami River. The Bridge is located on the edge of Lynchburg and is geographically located, half in Clinton County and half in Highland County. The Lynchburg Covered Bridge has a Long Truss and was built in 1870. The Bridge is bypased and gated at both portals so no pedestrians can walk across the Bridge. It is possible that the gating of the portals are to prevent vandals from decorating the interior of the Bridge with graffitti. It is unfortunate in that we cannot enjoy the historic Bridge.
