The Guilford Covered Bridge has a single span across a small tributary of the West Fork Creek. The 104-foot Bridge was built in 1879 by A. M. Kennedy and Family. At one time, Dearborn County had twelve known covered bridges. Some of these were railroad covered bridges. Guilford is the last of Dearborn’s covered bridges and has been preserved in a park. The Guilford Covered Bridge was moved from its original location to the now, Guildford Covered Bridge Park, in 1960. Unfortunately, the Bridge experienced arson in 1993 and was restored in 1997.
