Wash Brussel Sporuts rigoursly
Make sure sprouts are dry
Halve the Brussel Sprouts
Pro tip: Remove skin layers and bake those for great chips
Toss Brussel Sprouts with Olive Oil and Spices
Heat in oven at 400F for 30 mins
Pro Tip: Flip after 15 mins. You can also remove the burnt skin pieces
