Medium Effort - 10 mins
1 cup of cashews
1/4 cup of water
2 tbsp of oil
2 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of nutritional yeast
1 tsp Salt
Soak cashews in water (inch above cashew) for 8 hours
Alt: Boil Water and soak cashews for 4 hours
Place all ingredients in blender and blend smooth
Taste add more salt, yeast and lemon juice as needed
