X- cups of Rice
2X -cups of water (For white rice)
Alt: 2X - cups of veggie broth (1/2 tbsp of veggie bouillon)
Pour rice into cooking pot
Rinse the rice by filling the pot with several cups of water and swishing around, then drain water
Repeat 1-2 times until water becomes more clear (won’t be totally clear)
After rinsing, pour in water with the rice
ALT: add veggie broth concentrate OR use veggie broth instead of water
Set on stove on HIGH until boiling
Then reduce heat to LOW and simmer until water is fully absorbed (fluff with fork)
