This tasty snack or appetizer will delight you...and be gone in minutes!
Easy - 20 mins | 2 servings
1 bunch - kale
2 Tbsp - olive oil
Spices: salt, black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 F
Wash the kale and dry as well as you can (this will make it more crispy and less soggy)
Cut or tear center stems out of kale, then chop or tear into smaller pieces
Toss kale in a covered bowl with olive oil and spices
Spread evenly on a baking sheet then heat in oven until crispy (about 20 min)
Pro Tip: flip after 10 mins to ensure even heating
