4-5 plums (try to get tarty plums)
3 lemons
1.5 cups - water
1 Tbsp - sugar
Equipment Needed:
Fine mesh strainer
Blender
Remove pit from plums and blend
If you can remove the skin then it can save you time later
Blend plums
Strain plums into jar. You may want to go slowly and spoon our pulp as you go
It can help to use some of the water
Squeeze lemons into the jars. Make sure you catch the seeds
You can use 2 of 3 lemons and add more if for taste
Put in remaining water
Add sugar to taste.
