2 16oz cans - Diced Tomatoes
1 16z can - Coconut Milk
1/2 - Onion
3 - Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Equipment Needed
Hand blender or very powerful blender
Dice onions and garlic and cook on stovetop with seasoning until brown
Mix in coconut milk and diced tomatoes
Hand blend mixture until very creamy. (No chunks of tomatoes or onions should be there)
Add olive oil and let it boil
Salt and Black pepper to taste
